I learned immensely from working with UNICEF Pacific, in their capacity as Secretariat for the 15-member Pacific Regional Council for Early Childhood Development (PRC4ECD), to develop a Communications Plan.

The Plan supports the promotion of early childhood development (ECD) across PRC4ECD member countries.
