Pacific Feminist Fund Inaugural Design Report

Working with the brilliant team at the newly fledgling Pacific Feminist Fund to coordinate the editing, layout and design of their inaugural design report was a real pleasure. The report is yet to be launched and I am excited to see it introduced to the world in coming months.

Grateful to the authors, the feminists who contributed to its content, the talented Pacific female artists who shared their brilliance with us by submitting work for inclusion in the report and to the talented designer who brought it all together.

The need for a Pacific feminist fund is pretty clear, given that a recent report has found that: “less than 1% of funding is reaching women’s organisations in the Pacific through direct funding”. A Pacific feminist fund would ensure that women’s organisations get the support they need to do their important work in ensuring the rights, empowerment and well-being of women in the region.
